Shipping Information

 

All items ship through USPS. All small items will be shipped first class within 1-3 days after purchase.

I do not accept rushed processing times, so please email me if you are concerned about your order arriving on time.

If you would like your order to be shipped faster than the standard first class services then please select the correct shipping option at checkout.

*Please Note* As a seller, I am not responsible for the package after the item has been mailed. Late deliveries are in the hands of the US postal service, and completely out of my control unless the error was made before it was shipped. I do not issue refunds for late deliveries.

1st Class — $3 flat rate
2nd Day — $8 flat rate
Overnight – $25 flat rate

All made to order/custom items require a 3 day minimum to be made. Depending on the week and my work load, they could make it out sooner, or later. If time is an issue please email me before hand to check on my current processing time.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Any physical items that are not custom made, or earrings, may be refunded if I am contacted within 14 days of delivery. The item must then be returned within 21 days in it's original condition. I will only refund once I have the item in my possession, in the same condition as it was originally. However, if you have any problems with your order please feel free to let me know and I will do my best to make it right!

Any items that are damaged are non-refundable. However, I offer free repair services for any of my items, with shipping costs being covered by the customer.

If priority packages are damaged during shipping, every package is insured for the value of that item, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local USPS carrier and file the insurance claim for their damaged item.

I reserve the right to deny a customer a refund on any damaged items.


Custom orders are non-refundable, though if you ever have a problem with your purchase please let me know and I'll do my best to fix the problem.

*I do not issue refunds for items that were delivered late due to postal service errors, as this is out of my hands.
